What you can do
LAN parties
Start a party or join one nearby. Hosts approve who comes, so you know who's in the room before anyone shows up.
Events
Plan game nights, RSVP, and see who else is going. Tournament events build a bracket from the signups and track it round by round.
Marketplace
Buy, sell, and trade games and gear with other parents. Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
Chat
Message the players you've connected with, one to one or in a group.
Find your crew
Pick the games and consoles you play and find other parents who play them too, including players near you.
Gamer tags
Add your PSN, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Discord and more. Only your friends can see them, so the right people can find you in-game.

Common questions
When is it launching?
LAN Parents launches on the App Store on Thursday, November 12, 2026. You can pre-order it now: tap Pre-Order on the App Store and it downloads to your iPhone automatically on launch day.
How much does it cost, and what do I need?
LAN Parents is free. It's an iPhone app, available on the App Store. It's not on Android yet.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile, then Settings, and choose Delete Account. This removes your profile, posts, listings, messages, and photos. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you can't get into the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll handle it.
How do I report or block someone?
Every profile, post, listing, and comment has a Report option, and profiles also have Block. Blocking hides you from that player and them from you, and removes any friendship between you. Reports go to a moderator, not to the person you reported.
Is the marketplace safe?
Every listing is reviewed by a person before other players can see it. We don't process payments or shipping — buyers and sellers arrange that themselves, so treat it like any local sale: meet somewhere public, inspect before you pay, and report anything that looks wrong.
Who can message me?
Only players you're connected to — friends, people in your LAN parties, and people going to the same events. Anyone else has to send a request you can accept or decline first.
Is LAN Parents for kids?
No. LAN Parents is built for parents, and accounts are for adults. Kids are who we're all playing with at home, not who's on the app.
